Years of searching for the perfect beachfront location ultimately led us to Grand Turk. A paradise steeped in history and local culture, complete with stunning natural beauty, a pristine coral reef and front door access to adventure.
Our local and international team completed an intensive 18 month design and planning process. We’ve sourced eco-friendly construction materials and engaged top quality professionals and artisans to deliver a unique resort residence experience that redefines barefoot luxury living.

Olympic has been building throughout the Turks and Caicos for over 30 years. The team are some of the most experienced and established construction experts in the country.

Architect of Record: Bradley Malcolm-Coalbrooke
Bradley, a local TCI islander with extensive studies in USA has made a name for himself in both Providenciales and GrandTurk designing houses, hotels and resorts across the islands. Here, he applies his attention to detail and years of experience in designing villas in the TCI beachfront environment.
Structural Engineer: Marvin O. Sabado
Marvin has been a resident of the TCI for many years, having worked initially with BCQS he has moved forward with his own company creating a network of engineers which allow now to assist Developers with any type of construction. Marvin has a Masters Degree in Engineering and has engineered the structures at Luna Beach Club to far exceed the top Hurricane building codes.
Real Estate Agent: Ian Hurdle
One of the top agents serving the Turks and Caicos luxury market and representing Luxury property across the Caribbean. Ian brings more than 25 years of experience in the real estate, construction, property management, and hospitality industries to his role as Managing Partner of The Agency’s Turks and Caicos office.

TCBC is a private bank specializing in investment banking and portfolio management. Established in 1980, Turks & Caicos Banking Company has been involved from the birth of TCI’s role as an offshore finance center and “grew up” along with the Islands. TCBC provides banking services for Luna Beach Club and villa buyers/owners.
