Luna Beach Club Title Numbers Issued

We’re excited to share that individual title numbers for each of Luna Beach Club’s 18 villa parcels have been issued. This is an exciting step in the process allowing land to be officially transferred to our fist group of owners. Check out the video here: Luna Beach Club - Grand Turk

The next step is official building permits being issued. We’re working through this process with initial owners now.
